Thomas Fross and Robert Fross
President and CEO, respectively
Thomas Fross and Robert Fross have over 20 years combined experience in the financial services industry and have pioneered many of its leading practice management strategies. Their firm, Fross & Fross Financial, has distinguished itself as one of the most successful in the nation by consistently acquiring over $40 million in new assets year after year.
Robert Sofia
Chief Operating Officer
Robert Sofia is a nationally recognized author, award winning public speaker, and practice management thought leader. He has developed marketing strategies for Fortune 500® companies, personally coaches hundreds of financial advisors nationwide, and oversees operations at Platinum.
With a B.S. in Business Management and Organization from Central Connecticut State University, Roseann’s background in marketing is integral to her role as Platinum’s Branch Manager.
Raised in Ocala, FL, Anna Wilson has an A.A. Degree in Psychology. As Platinum’s Creative Lead, Anna is certified in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Growing up in Grand Rapids, MI, Laurie earned a B.A. in Communications from Grand Valley State University.
Andrew earned his A.A. from the College of Central Florida, and has a background in marketing.
Jennifer has an A.A. in Advertising from College of Central Florida and is currently earning her B.A. from The University of Central Florida with a focus in Communications, Marketing, and Education.
Marie’s background in banking and retail management, where she supervised as many as 20 people at once, equips her to juggle the competing needs of our members.
Michael has been a Fross & Fross client for several years, and has been on the ‘other side of the desk’, as he has experienced the benefits of our office systems and marketing strategies first hand.
Melissa comes to Platinum with a wealth of experience gained during her time as an administrative assistant at Fross & Fross Financial.
Cheryl is an accomplished and driven professional who brings five years of sales and customer service experience to the Platinum team.
